In accordance with Article 142 of the Austrian Aviation Law, SCA - Schedule Coordination Austria GmbH may charge a Schedule Coordination Service Fee (SCF) for its activities.

With approval of the Austrian Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology SCA - Schedule Coordination Austria charges

to airlines, operating scheduled and/or non scheduled flight to coordinated and facilitated Airports in Austria. All other aircraft operators using a coordinated Airport in Austria are also charged with the SCF if their operation applies to Airport slot regulation. On behalf of SCA - Schedule Coordination Austria GmbH the fee is collected by the respective Airport operator.

Until further notice and based on the expected cost structure and aircraft movements, the SCF actually charged amounts to
